Plain answers.
Does my crew need an app?
No. It opens in their phone's browser from your invite. They sign in once, and can add it to their home screen.
Does it send messages for me?
No. Messages open in your own WhatsApp, or iMessage if you'd rather, with the words filled in. You press send. No business number, no bot.
Who approves, and do they sign in?
Each person's manager, set on Crew; Jobber's owner and admins to start. No sign-in: their link works only for them, and only once.
How do balances work?
Each type is given all at once on January 1 or earned monthly, with more after some years and carryover if you want it, in days or hours. Everyone sees what was added and taken. Bring balances over from payroll, and download a pay period to key back in.
Does it work without Jobber?
Yes. Add people by hand. Their time off just doesn't go on a Jobber schedule.
